张明柱，男，1966年出生于内蒙古乌兰察布市，1992年毕业于内蒙古医学院，临床与各地方中医药，积累了多年的临床经验，主治全科中医药。2014年09月11日成立北京青锋堂国际中医药科学研究院并担任研究院院长。
